Screening and Processing Solutions
Used for woody materials, Jeffrey Rader screening and processing equipment insure that the specified material size is delivered to your process. Systems include Chip Thickness Screening, Hog Fuel, Overthick Processing, Scalping Screening and Chip Analysis and Classification. Air density separation systems efficiently remove or separate materials of different densities, such as rock from wood chips. Size Reduction
Jeffrey Rader size reduction machines, including crushers, wood hogs and chip sizers (re-chippers), efficiently reduce the size of wood, coal, limestone and other friable materials, producing materials down to 1/8" final size at rates up to a maximum of 220 TPH. Hammermill style machines include wood hogs, Chip-Sizer™ re-chippers and Flextooth™ Crushers. The Razorback™ hammermill/shredder delivers high production levels of wood fiber and is especially effective for wet materials.
Storage and Reclaim
Jeffrey Rader designs Storage and Reclaim equipment and systems for open, covered, round or linear pile designs. Reclaim equipment is guaranteed to work at specified design rates. Conical reclaimers remove material from round conical bottom silos more effeciently, using less horsepower than flat bottom reclaimers. System designs include Chip Storage/Reclaim, Bark Storage/Reclaim, Open Air Storage, Enclosed Storage and Pre Steaming Bins. Component products include Circular Screw Reclaimers, Linear Screw Reclaimers, Tubefeeders™, Belt Pile Builders, Stokers, Receiving Hoppers, Chain Reclaimers, Surge Bins/ Metering Bins, A-Frame Buildings and Silos.
Vibratory Feeders
Jeffrey Rader vibratory feeders feed coal, aggregate, ore, precious metals and other granular materials. Vibrating feeders are used over crushers, in reclaim tunnels or at material transfer points. Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeders operate through controlled high frequency vibration with sub-resonant tuning. Electromechanical Vibrating Feeders are designed so burden does not dampen vibration but boosts performance. Twin Motor (Brute Force) feeders handle wet, sticky or high burden loads.
