Vibrating Feeders and Conveyors

|
|
Jeffrey Vibratory Feeders can process 1800 TPH and have a unique low-maintenance design. With positive drive componets, the operation is quiet with a reduced energy cost. |
Jeffrey's rugged vibrating feeders are built for long life and high reliability. You can find Jeffrey feeders that are still operating after more than 50 years.
3 Feeder Models
Jeffrey offers three models of industrial feeders: The EF models and HP models are Electromagnetic Feeders. The NF models are Electromechanical Feeders.
EF and HP Electromagnetic Feeders operate through a controlled high frequency vibration. This is accomplished with electrical pulses and a machine that is tuned to a natural frequency that is higher than the electrical frequency of the power supply (sub-resonant tuning).
NF Electromechanical Vibrating Feeders are designed such that burden does not dampen vibration, but actually boosts performance. Our feeders are tuned near their own natural frequencies making them in tune with the materials they carry.
Vibrating Conveyors are also made and serviced by Jeffrey, with conveyors still in operation that are nearly 100 years old.
Applications and Industries Served
Jeffrey feeders are in operation worldwide and can be found in mining and quarry operations, as well as aggregate, chemical, and industrial processes. Some of the more common feeder applications are:
- Aggregates
- Coal
- Minerals
- Chemicals
- Industrial Materials
